“ . . . the Friendliest Yacht Club on Lake Michigan — the Sheboygan Yacht Club” - Janet Baxter, Chicago – Mac 2012

Come and experience what everyone is talking about; from the incredible cuisine and one of the best views on the eastern shore to a place that is the home to some of the most experienced and friendliest sailors on the Great Lakes. Our members will engage you whether your interests are sailing, yachting, learning and sharing maritime knowledge, or simply great camaraderie. Make the SYC your portal to the sea, from easily accessible docks, just steps from your car, you are just minutes away from open water.

Through our affiliation with the U.S. Sailing Center of Sheboygan, one of only four U.S. Sailing Centers in the United States, the Sheboygan Youth Sailing Club and Sea Scouts, we have played host to Olympic training events, The Nation’s Cup, Single Handed Sailing competition and have access to a wide array of equipment with power and sail boat education and training opportunities.
